How many restrooms does a race need?
Runner count and course length both drive the number. OSHA 1926.51(c) sets construction-site ratios at one toilet per 20 workers, and while a race isn't a job site, race organizers in Arcadia often use that ratio as a starting baseline for spectator and volunteer zones, then add more near the start line where crowds bottleneck before the gun. A standard portable restroom works for most aid stations.
